Helpdesk Officer - min 12 months experience, MCP/MCTS Qualification
Senior Helpdesk Officer - min 2 years experience, MCP/MCTS Qualifications plus completion of study/exams for MCITP
System Administrator - min 4 years experience, MCSE/MCITP/ITIL Qualifications
Senior Systems Administrator - more than 5 years experience, MCSE/MCITP/ITIL/Cisco Qualifications
